SARAH & TROY: A FALL-INSPIRED TENTED CELEBRATION

If you're dreaming of a tented wedding or getting married on an acreage, Sarah & Troy's celebration is proof that a blank canvas can become something truly extraordinary. Our team at MORE Events Co worked closely alongside them throughout the planning process to transform their family acreage into a fully customized wedding venue, carefully designing every space, coordinating every logistical detail, and bringing together an incredible vendor team to create a day that felt effortless from beginning to end.

Surrounded by wide-open prairie & mountain views, incredible family and friends, and countless meaningful details, their wedding was the perfect blend of outdoor charm and elegant sophistication. And while guests experienced a seamless celebration, months of thoughtful planning happened behind the scenes to make it all possible.

The Design

One of the biggest advantages of a tented wedding is the ability to create a celebration that's completely your own. The ceremony was truly personal, with an aisle lined by dozens of flowering pots that the family had grown themselves throughout the spring and summer. Guests then flowed naturally between three distinct spaces for the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception tent.

Inside the sailcloth tent, long tables were styled with bud vase arrangements, wicker charger plates, candlelight and natural textures. The bride and groom also created their own custom fabric signage, and personalized matchbox favours, along with many other details (like carefully-selected napkins) that reflected their personality in every detail.

The Celebration

The day was filled with thoughtful moments that made it uniquely Sarah & Troy. Their adorable puppy joined them for both the ceremony and couple portraits, adding another personal touch to an already meaningful celebration. Guests enjoyed signature cocktails and a burrata bar before making their way into the reception, where heartfelt speeches, an incredible Italian food buffet and unforgettable dance floor kept the celebration going late into the night.

As the evening unfolded, disco balls suspended above the dance floor transformed the tent into the ultimate party, creating the perfect ending to an incredible day.

From flowers grown by the bride herself to colourful, to mismatched bridesmaid dresses, and a fully customized guest experience, every detail reflected their story while allowing guests to simply relax and celebrate.
