MEET
For nearly 25 years, Hannah has been creating meaningful events through a blend of creativity, expertise, and a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to both planning & execution. Her career began in the non-profit sector before expanding into corporate events, and later, event management with the Calgary Stampede, where she produced more than 100 events per year.
In 2017, Hannah founded MORE Events Co to focus on the celebrations she’s most passionate about, designing and producing a variety of events and weddings that are authentic, seamless and reflective of each client.
When she’s not bringing event visions to life, Hannah loves traveling with her husband & daughter (a future event planner in the making!), spending time outdoors, or curled up on the couch with her rescue cat & a good movie.
Hannah is known for her calm, organized approach, strong relationships, and ability to make even the most complex planning feel fun and effortless.

With 22 years of making memorable events, Melanie brings equal parts precision and energy to every celebration. From intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations, she creates events with passion, creativity, and serious attention to detail.
When she’s not obsessing over the details, she’s enjoying every step of the journey with you. Communication, trust, joy, and energy are what she uses to build strong lasting relationships with clients & vendors alike.
In her downtime you can find her being a mom, walking her dog, crafting, or adding to her legendary pin collection (yes, it’s true!). What makes Mel a stand-out planner is her passion, creativity and ability to curate lasting memories that make your events truly unforgettable!
